Isabela, Philippines. 

Isabela is the biggest province in the Cagayan Valley Region and dubbed as the “Rice Granary of the North”. It is bordered by Aurora, Quirino, Nueva Viscaya, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Kalinga, and Cagayan. Going to Isabela can be done by means of air and land travel. Provincial buses from Manila like Florida, Victory Liner, Dalin, Baliwag Transit have regular travel schedules bound for Isabela and will consume approximately eight to ten hours of travel time. You can also take air flights of Cebu Pacific every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
